We ship orders through USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your purchase. Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing before shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and volume of your items.

2. Guarantee and Return Policy

While we cannot accept returns for live plants or trees, our Alive & Thrive Guarantee ensures the health and quality of your plants within the first 30 days of receipt. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 24-48 hours by email at [email protected], including your order number and photos of the plants. We cannot be responsible for damages caused by extreme weather, neglect, or not following hardiness zone recommendations.

Note: All sales of seeds and live plants are final, and no guarantees are provided for seeds.
