At GardenNursery.net, we strive to provide the highest quality plants and gardening products. If there is an issue with your order upon receipt, please contact us immediately. In most cases, providing a photo of the product can help us resolve the issue quickly. Please email a photo of the item along with your order number to [email protected].

Please note that we are not responsible for issues caused by extreme weather, neglect, unforeseeable acts of nature, or failure to follow our hardiness zone recommendations.

Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will accept the return.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted only if the product remains intact and undamaged.
  • All seed and live plant sales are final, and we do not provide guarantees. However, we will review each case individually and offer the best possible support.

Return Period

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.
  • If your plants arrive damaged or fail to germinate, please send a photo of the item along with your order number to [email protected] within 30 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued as a credit to the original payment method within 30 business days after receiving and processing the returned merchandise.
  • If live plants arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damaged plant and its label within 15 business days of delivery to [email protected]
  • Please include your order number, product description, and shipping name and address for quicker processing.

During certain times of the year, such as the holiday season, you may be eligible for an extended return period. Please contact us for additional details and support.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers we use include:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)

Credit card authorization and verification must be completed before processing your order. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
