While we cannot accept returns for plants and trees, our Alive & Thrive Guarantee covers any issues with your plants within the first 30 days of receipt. This policy helps ensure the health of our plants and protects our nursery from any pests or diseases that may come into contact with a plant after it leaves our care.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your item. In most cases, sending a photo can resolve the problem. Please include a photo of the plant along with your order number and email it to [email protected].

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damages caused by extreme weather, neglect, unforeseeable acts of nature, or not following our hardiness zone recommendations. All seed and plant sales are final, and no guarantees are provided for seeds. Each living plant is unique and may vary in size, color, or shape depending on the season.

At Garden Nursery, our Alive & Thrive Guarantee covers any issues within the first 30 days. Simply reach out to us via email, and our team will carefully review your concern. If necessary, we will provide a one-time replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

If you encounter any problems with your plant or tree, please call or email possible so we can offer expert advice and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement. Rather than returning the plant, we encourage you to make the world a little greener—find a new place to plant it, compost it, or share it with a friend!
